Did all the last minute stuffing, sat on the pack and managed to zip it all up.
I'll be needing clothes for sub-zero weather on the Tibetan Plateau through to days in the mid 30's in India, a full gastro kit for India, things for squat toilets in China, and presents for my hosts so the pack is pretty full.
