Camooweal

Left about 8am, and were the last to leave though others were going north.
Bought fuel at Three Ways, then turned east into the prevailing wind.
Morning tea at the Frewena Rest Area, then topped up fuel at Barkly Homestead because of the headwind.
Lunch at Soudan Bore, but ate inside due to the flies.
Toilet stop at Avon Downs Rest Area, the last in NT and site of the final police station, before we bounced across the border and lost 30 mins.
Stopped for the evening at our usual billabong spot on the western edge of Camooweal. A few people in, but not a patch on the busy season. Sat and watched the birds till teatime.
