A day of recovery. Lots of washing, then an explore of Mission Beach and surrounds. Did a tropical rainforest walk courtesy of the efforts of the local Rotary club, and then had morning tea in the idyllic setting of the Bingle Bay Beach. The clouds had gone so we had the textbook blue sky, green water and golden sands with the lush vegetation almost to the water's edge. Visited the famous youth hostel for a sticky, and then came back for lunch after a swim.
While Brendan had his nap, we wandered down the street for a civilised afternoon tea.
