Had a short trip out on Terry's boat to one of the reefs close by. Had a bit of a snorkel which was lovely, though I didn't feel very well. Saw lots of fish, and bits of coral before heading back to shore.
Detoured to the Nerada tea plantation en route, and did a tour of the plantation and facility which was interesting.
Had a quick swim when we arrived in Cairns. The caravan park had a monstrous pool complex which made Brendan's eyes bulge. It is a very modern park though it has virtually no shade until the multitude of small palms grow.
