Woke at six, and dozed till eight. Took the cable car to Fisherman's Wharf where it was raining. Booked the next tour available to Alcatraz, which was tomorrow! Had pancakes for breakfast at Johnny Rockets. Explored Pier 39 and saw the sea lions. Took a half day tour of San Francisco and then walked to the Italian quarter for a pizza lunch and on to Union Square. Back to the motel late in the afternoon and watched Crocodile Dundee 1,2 and 3. Ashley sent me down to Chinatown to get Chinese takeaway for tea, and when the movie was finished we walked down Starbucks for coffee.
