We woke up at 4:45 to catch a 5:45 train. We rang first and found that was 2 1/2 hours late so we went back to bed. Took a taxi and arrived just before eight o'clock. It had made up some time, and we arrived in Atlanta just before 11 which gave us the opportunity to take MARTA, then a bus and a hike with packs in the rain to the Northpoint Community Church. The church and complex was so big that a shuttle bus was needed to get to the various parking lots. It was a huge church, running two auditoriums simultaneously (A-K and L-Z) and youth and children's set-ups that made Brendan really envious. Andy Stanley preached a good sermon, there was great music, but an average welcome for two drowned rats. We reversed the route, and checked in around four o'clock to dry off. Had tea in the pub next door and watched the Australian Open on TV. One of the best days.
