A slow start, then off to the Kennedy Space Centre for the six hour tour. Took the bus to the Saturn launch site and the Apollo Centre, and also to the Launch Pad 39 Observation Gallery to see where they transport and launch the space shuttles. Time at the visitor centre including two great IMAX films, the rocket garden and a mock up of the space shuttle. Saw a film about the Apollo 11 mission, and a full-size Saturn V rocket. They launch rockets in a declared wildlife reserve, but they won't let you have plastics draws with your drinks in case the birds are harmed. Absolutely beat by the time we got back to the room. Tired and not very hungry.
