Arrived in Townsville for a late morning tea and settled ourselves into a comfortable caravan park on the water. Greg spent the entire afternoon attempting to get the oil changed in the van. Finally managed it at five o'clock at the eighth service station 10 km from the caravan park. Even stumbled across a car wash in the process, so that was a bonus.
Brendan was sick during tea, so that put a dampener on things. But I suppose we've been lucky for six weeks, especially hearing the stories of some of the other travellers kids.
