Went for a long walk along the beach straight after breakfast at Brendan's request. Later in the morning we again went on a coffee shop crawl and chose a French patisserie with outdoor tables in the sun where we enjoyed fruit flans and eclairs, before doing our posting.
After lunch, Mandy and Brendan created a sand fleet on the beach – a Volkswagen, tow truck, road train, van, tractor, motorbike and ute! Gosh, what perseverance. I think I had an easier afternoon working on the computer. Late in the afternoon we all went for a long walk into the town, and Brendan obligingly went to sleep giving us the opportunity to pig out on prawns and fritters.
