A very cold night with windows iced up for the first time. A petrol stop at Taree, and morning tea a bit further on at yet another roadside stop. Lunch at a nice park in a nondescript but convenient town called Bulahdelah. Arrived at the only caravan park in Newcastle proper around three. Only one caravan park for 35,000 people, and even it only had about 10 tourist sites, and was very small. Eventually found the second one 25 km away by road or three minutes by the ferry.
Rang Grandma to thank her for the Expo tickets, and rang home to make sure that the guys would be out in time. Spent the evening preparing for my salesman's visit the next day.
