We had a more active day today. Getting up early I had the inside of the car cleaned before breakfast, and the outside of the van done shortly after, along with some washing.  About 10.00 we began the Broome heritage trail at the old wharf, and ended up in Chinatown.  Along the way we saw old shops, churches and the telegraph station.  Had lunch in Chinatown, and did some window shopping afterwards.  Got lots of mail for everybody, including a letter for Brendan from everybody in his class, and a parcel from Coober Pedy for Ashley with his lost koala in it.

Caught the bus back to the caravan park, then drove to Cable Beach for the afternoon.  Mandy and the boys loved swimming in the surf, and the long white beach is superb.  Ashley had his first taste of body surfing.  Saw camels and hang gliders at sunset all enjoying the view.
