Bunbury, Western Australia, Australia

Mandy had an early appointment with the hairdresser, while I took all four boys down to the park for an early morning game of baseball. Farewelled Gaye about 10:30, and headed south.  A reasonable day for a change.

We travelled down the coast and as close to the sea as we could, through Rockingham to Mandurah for lunch.  Despite a pelican's best efforts, we ate lunch on the foreshore in an extensive park.  Went for a walk around the town and found a chocolate and lolly shop that challenged my wallet.

Onto Bunbury for the night at a lovely caravan park.  The kids had a hard time choosing, but half court tennis eventually won out over normal tennis, a basketball court, trampoline, swimming pool, mini golf, games room and TV room.  We decided not to avail ourselves of the breakfast in bed delivery service or the coffee shop, and we all had an early night to compensate for the early mornings and late nights we’d had in Perth.
